approaches is of core importance in today's international
development cooperation. This has given evaluation a central role -
it is promoted and advanced as a key tool for development
effectiveness, transparency and accountability in policy-making,
social and organisational learning.
SIPU International has expertise in a broad
range of evaluation approaches and methodologies. Our evaluations
are independent, reliable and provide evidence-based conclusions
and recommendations. We have experience in conducting all from
rapid assessments to large and complex evaluations using
multi-disciplinary evaluation teams.
Through institutional memberships in evaluation
societies such as IDEAS (International Development Evaluation
Association) and EES (European Evaluation Society), engagement in
evaluation networks, and a close collaboration with independent
evaluation experts, SIPU International's ambition is to
