SIPU International is part of a European
consortium for an EU-Framework Agreement for supplying services
within the field of EU external aid within the areas; Public
Financial Management, Statistics and Macroeconomics. Through this
contract we are constantly receiving call-offs for interesting and
challenging missions all over the world. The nature of the projects
are diverse and cover inter alia short evaluation missions, surveys
and longer advisory missions, technical assistance support to
national governments etc.
1. Macro economy
• Macroeconomic analysis / reforms (e.g.
national accounts, fiscal, balance of payment, monetary)
• Debt issues
• Economic growth
• Poverty analysis
2. Statistics
• National statistical systems (e.g. data
collection, analysis, publishing, quality control),
• Performance measurement / monitoring (e.g.
indicators identification, setting targets, quality control)
3. Public financial management (PFM)
• Assessment, diagnosis reform of Public
financial management, incl. PEFA framework
• Audit (Internal and external)
• Revenue (e.g. direct and indirect, personal
and corporate, excises)
• Budgeting (e.g. policy, planning, preparation,
execution, reporting and audit)
• Public procurement
